Disposable Water Systems

In systems designed with disposable water, the plants are supplied with high-pressure pump groups that deliver cold water. Although these systems use large amounts of water, they are straightforward to operate and maintain, making them suitable for sites with ample water supply and where recycling may not be feasible.

Recycled Water Systems

Recycled water systems, on the other hand, are designed to be more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. These systems are equipped with multistage centrifugal pumps that are specially designed with protections to handle the varying quality of recycled water. The recycling process involves filtering and treating used water, allowing it to be reused multiple times. This reduces water consumption and minimizes environmental impact, making these systems ideal for sites committed to sustainability.

Stationary Structure and Operation

Both types of plants are constructed with a stationary structure placed in the designated washing area. This structure is equipped with rotating washing heads that thoroughly clean the wheels as the vehicle passes through at a walking pace. The use of high-pressure jets and rotating brushes ensures that all dirt and debris are effectively removed.

The washing process in these plants is fully automated, initiated, and stopped by ultrasonic sensors located at the entrance and exit of the washing area. These sensors detect the presence of a vehicle, activating the washing heads and ensuring that the entire cleaning process is efficient and consistent without manual intervention.
