Design and Operation

The truck wash systems feature a stationary structure through which vehicles pass at a walking pace. The process is fully automated, with the washing cycle initiated and terminated by ultrasonic sensors placed at the entrance and exit of the washing area. This automation ensures a consistent and thorough cleaning without the need for manual intervention.

Plant Versions

The washing plants are available in different versions to cater to specific cleaning needs:

1. Basic Washing Arch Version: This version includes a single washing arch designed to remove contaminants like mud from vehicles exiting quarries or building sites. It provides an efficient, high-pressure clean that quickly removes heavy dirt and debris.
2. Comprehensive Washing Version: This version includes multiple arches—one for the initial wash, two for detergent distribution, and a final rinsing arch. It is designed for vehicles that require thorough cleaning, such as tank trucks, rubbish collection vehicles, and railway tanks. This version ensures that all surfaces are meticulously cleaned, removing all types of pollutants.

Pump Systems

The washing plants are powered by a pump group that operates at either high or medium pressure, depending on the cleaning requirements. For the comprehensive version, the detergent distribution arches are fed through a dosing pump group that works at medium pressure. This system ensures an even and effective application of cleaning agents.

Washing Arch Features

The primary washing arch is equipped with seven rotating washing heads. These heads are designed to deliver powerful jets of water, ensuring thorough cleaning of the vehicle’s exterior. The rotation of the washing heads allows for an even distribution of water, effectively removing all contaminants from the vehicle surfaces.
