Dust Suppression Misting Nozzles
| Tecpro Australia has a wide selection of misting nozzles from Idrotech. With high pressure fogging nozzles (which work up to 120 bar) and fog makers, the water is broken up into tiny droplets (8-15 micron) which creates a misting effect ideal for: dust suppression in mines, electric power stations, tunnels, cement factories, conveyor belts; temperature reduction in animal farms , cooling towers of air conditioning systems; cooling entertainment outdoor areas. Additional Dust Suppression Nozzles
There are a variety of additional nozzles that can be used to suppress dust including our air atomising nozzles and hydraulic nozzles. Frequently nozzles are used which spray an excessive amount of water which has the effect of flooding the area without having a significant impact on dust.
It’s important that the correct nozzles are selected to suit the particular location. We can help you choose the best dust suppression strategy.
Ultrasonic Air Atomising Nozzles
: Ultra fine water droplets
: 25 deg or 40 deg full cone spray pattern
: Flow rate from 0.02 l/m – 2.87 l/m (depending on pressures)
