Sanitor : No Ball Bearings

Ultra sanitary, low flow, variable pressure tank washer.
Ideal for applications where a compact, low flow, high sanitary unit is required.  Having no bearings greatly increases the life and prohibits any contamination issues associated with bearing degradation.  Offers ATEX exemption and FDA approved materials for a total regulatory compliant package.
Ideally suited to low flow, variable pressure applications where a slow constant rotation speed is required to give longer chemical dwell times for greater impact and cleaning efficiency.

  • Spray Pattern : 360°
  • 3/8″ BSP connection, pin fix or weld fix
  • Maximum Cleaning Diameter : 4.8m
  • Flow Rate : 25 l/min to 80 l/min
  • Operating Pressure : 2 to 20 BAR

Turbo SSB : No Ball Bearings

Revolutionary design has no ball bearings.  Operates using a hydraulic and PTFE bearing system giving the unit an increased lifetime, reducing wear and potentially prohibiting any contamination issues associated with bearing degradation.  Ball bearings wear/degrade and can shed fragments which could find their way into the product. The absence of ball bearings in the Turbo SSB means there is no danger of this happening.
A unique pressure regulation system in the drive chamber helps to keep the rotation speed slow and consistent under differing pressure. This gives the Turbo SSB a longer dwell time which means it can cut through deposits more effectively.

  • Spray Pattern : 360°
  • 3/4″ BSP connection, pin fix or weld fix
  • Maximum Cleaning Diameter : 4.4m
  • Flow Rate : 40 l/min to 100 l/min
  • Operating Pressure : 2 to 20 BAR

2″ Troll Ball

Simple and effective drive mechanism ensures slow, constant rotation speeds.  This action provides consistent cleaning when using different cleaning fluids across a wide temperature range.  Minimal moving parts provide a very low maintenance, compact cleaning solution.

  • Spray Pattern : 180° or 360°
  • 3/4″ BSP connection
  • Maximum Cleaning Diameter : 4.5m
  • Flow Rate : 50 l/min to 100 l/min
  • Operating Pressure : 3 to 12 BAR
